BRAVE Care institute, Inc. and its providers are in network with most major insurance companies including Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare (Optum & Oscar), Humana, Magellan, and several out-of-state virtual plans.
Private Pay
For those who wish to pay cash, our rates are:
- $200 initial psychiatric evaluation (60 minutes)
- $100 follow up psychiatric evaluation (15-30 minutes)
- These rates also apply to our Integrative Psychiatry services and patients are responsible for the cost of supplements
We can also generate a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
